Free transportation has been secured for the first 55 people. Package includes:

• Tubing and Après drinks and appetizers on Friday. 
• Choose from skiing, snowboarding or snowmobiling with Après Ski drinks and appetizers on Saturday. Ski or snowboard rentals are included with this package. 
• Note: The Ski/Snowboard Package is only available until January 23rd. After the 23rd, you can still sign up for Tubing and Après Social Events, but you will be responsible for buying your own lift ticket and securing rentals.

LODGING

Lodging is at Beaver Village Condominiums (BVC). 1 and 2 bedroom units reserved which sleep 4 to 6 with sofa sleepers. Get your friends together and save some money! 

STAY Winter Park at Beaver Village is pleased to offer  “20% 2 nights or more stay – 10% 1 night stay” off our published rates for condo units at BVC and “20% 2 nights or more stay” off our published for any home or other property besides BVC  .

They are holding 7 – 1 bedroom  & 13- 2 bedroom vacation rentals at Beaver Village Condominiums until January 26th, 2018.

Beaver Village condominiums are 2 blocks from the main downtown area of Winter Park and 2 miles from the Winter Park Ski Resort. The large complex is set in a campus setting with three clusters and a centrally located clubhouse. The entire condo complex is surrounded by the Arapaho National Forest and has spectacular views of the Continental Divide. Units have fully equipped kitchens, fireplaces, free in unit Wi-Fi access and private balconies.

The main clubhouse has an indoor pool, 3 indoor hot tubs, 2 relaxing lobby areas, complimentary wireless access, and guest laundry.

10:00am — Free Bus for First 55 Registrants Departs Embassy Suites 
12:00pm — Arrive at Beaver Village Condos and Store Luggage in Conference Room until Check-In
1:15pm — Meet at Bus Stop to Go to Tubing Hill — Take Black Line from Beaver Village Condo Stop and Get off at Fraser Valley Center
2:10pm — Go Tubing! Lift Accessible and Fast... Check it out 
3:41pm — Catch Bus for Après Tube - Take Black Line from Fraser Valley Center to Cooper Creek Square
6:30pm — Go to Epic Mountain Sports to Rent Skis and Snowboards

Saturday, February 10th
8:00am — First Chair Lift Skiers Meet at BVC Bus Stop 8:30am — Take Yellow Line - Ride Chair Lift at Winter Park Resort
10:00am — Fair Weather Skiers meet at Bus Stop — Take Yellow Line
11:00am — Snowmobilers Meet at Bus Stop to head for Continental Divide Ride via Grand Adventures — Take Yellow Line to Winter Park Resort and Transfer to Green Line to Winter Park Mountain Lodge
4:00pm — Après Ski & Snowmobile TBD

Sunday, February 11th
7:30am — Bus departs for Denver International Airport.
